| Product warranty and Guarantee |
| Justoner.com warrants
all the supplies for use in faxes, printers and photocopiers.
Each product has been specifically manufactured for use in the
corresponding machines as described by the Original Equipment
Manufacturer (OEM). Remanufactured and compatible cartridges are
warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship
for 6 months from the date of purchase. These cartridges are
manufactured or remanufactured to the most stringent quality
control standards; most cases in ISO 9000 or 9002
certified factories, guaranteeing performance that meets or
exceeds that of the OEM. Customers may return any product
purchased from justoner.com for dissatisfaction of its performance
or quality, and they may request a full refund of the
purchase price within 90 days of
purchase or request a replacement.

Justoner.com also warrants that
subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use,
the cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or
deterioration to any compatible machine. If a defect in one of
these cartridges causes a fail in a machine, justoner.com will
reimburse up to $250.00 for service and repair to the customer. This
warranty is dependent upon the customer providing justoner.com with
satisfactory evidence that the machine's failure was due to a
defect in the compatible or remanufactured cartridge, including a
written statement from an authorized service company, establishing the
reason for failure. This statement must be on authorized company
letterhead, and dated and signed by the company's field or service
representative.
Justoner.com's liability hereunder
shall be limited to reimbursement or replacement as stated above.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties,
expressed or implied. The tampering of any justoner.com cartridge by
any person or persons, other than by an justoner.com representative,
voids all warranties and releases justoner.com from all liability. |
| Product Return Policy |
| It is
justoner.com's desire to process returns as quick as possible. We
cannot process a return without issuing an RMA #, so please don't
send products back to us without an RMA #. We cannot issue a
credit for returned items if this happens. Please, email us at

or call us at (305)513-4503 for an RMA #.

In case of a defective or
dissatisfaction of the quality of a product, please email us at
info@justoner.comor call
us (305)513-4503 . Explain us what is wrong with the
product. We can solve the problem with some troubleshooting
methods. Once verified that the product is indeed defective, we
will issue an RMA # and will mail of fax
you a return shipping label to ship the defective product back to
us. Also, we will ship you a replacement product right away of you
so desire. Justoner.com will bill you for advance replacement
products. Once the defective product has been received at our
warehouse and tested, we'll issue a credit. You may also
request a refund, including shipping charges for defective products.
The procedures for non-defective returns are the same as
for any other return. They must be in re-sellable condition, including the packaging and may be
subject to a 15% restocking fee. Non-defective items may be
returned within the warranty period. |
