Same Day: Orders placed before 2 pm Pacific Time will ship the same day Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays and depending on order volume and availability in our warehouses. We cannot guarantee same day shipping at this time.

Free Shipping: We ship all orders via Ground Delivery anywhere in the Continental USA unless otherwise mentioned. Shipping is free on orders of $50.00 and up. Orders under $50.00 have a $3.00 handling charge included in the shipping cost. If a discount is applied to an order and the total falls under $50.00, shipping and handling charges apply.

Free Shipping Exceptions: Free Shipping does not apply to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Territories. Extra shipping charges apply. Please, email us at info@justoner.com for a shipping quote.
You may also place your order online and we'll call or email you the shipping charge. You can then decide to except the shipping charge or cancel the order. Often times though we can offer you free shipping depending on the size of the order.

Tracking Numbers: Once your order has been shipped, we email you a tracking number. We receive tracking numbers at the end of each business day. Tracking numbers may not be posted until the next day. If you have not received a tracking number after one business day of your order, please call us at (305)513-4503 or email us at info@justoner.com please have your web order number ready.
